We use high-quality materials including 14k-18k Gold plating, 925 Sterling Silver, and premium 316L Stainless Steel. Our stones are hand-set AAA grade Cubic Zirconia for maximum brilliance and durability.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Custom-made jewelry is also final sale.
Does the jewelry tarnish or turn skin green?
No, our jewelry is engineered with high-quality PVD plating and base metals designed to resist tarnishing. To maintain the life of your piece, we recommend avoiding contact with water, sweat, and perfumes.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Cernucci provides a 12-month warranty on all jewelry items. This covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage, loss, or general wear and tear.
