At Cernucci, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original Cernucci packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Select your preferred courier through the portal to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
